The plastic spraying process is basically spraying paint on the surface of the cable tie. The process is relatively inexpensive compared to overmolding. However, if the quality of the spray paint is poor, the paint is easy to fall off during use, and the use experience is not even as good as that of untreated cable ties. That night, some people who did a good job would do the edge trimming after the plastic spraying.
Whether it is a plastic-coated cable tie or a plastic-sprayed cable tie, its essence is to protect the cable tie from corrosion and rust, and to prolong its service life. If in actual use, the requirements for stainless steel cable ties are higher, you can choose plastic-impregnated cable ties, which have higher performance and quality.
